You are a highly analytical Marketer who has demonstrated success leading a team and owning and optimizing the funnel for a high growth SaaS businesses. You’re self-driven, always questioning, and biased toward iteration and experimentation. You’ve been successful driving growth through sharp analysis and effective cross-team collaboration. You have a broad understanding of full funnel strategy, from inbound marketing to acquisition and retention. You have an excellent eye for detail and the organizational skills to manage complicated projects. You enjoy managing people and have the desire to structure, build and optimize a growing marketing team. You want to make meaningful contributions to an organization committed to making students’ and teachers’ lives better.

Position Overview:

In collaboration with the Senior Management team, the Sr. Director of Marketing will lead the overarching marketing and user growth strategy for Flocabulary. In this role you will manage and coach our growing Marketing team and report to the VP of Sales & Marketing. You will relentlessly focus on growth, owning the full funnel while driving demand and understanding what makes our customers successful. You will conceptualize and guide your team to implement experiments to measure and optimize MQL-->SQL conversion rates and other key growth metrics. You will deliver key insights and recommendations to the Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
