Flocabulary, a rapidly growing ed tech company that uses music and technology to drive student engagement, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help align our products to customer needs, communicate our value proposition to the K12 market, and train our internal go-to-market team on new products and features.

Who You Are:

You approach your work through the lens of data, turning qualitative customer and market feedback into quantitative analyses. You’re obsessed with customers and product/market fit. You’re an excellent communicator—both written and oral—with demonstrated success writing and designing sales collateral. You have strong interpersonal skills and can easily work among and between teams to drive initiatives forward. You have a background in the K-12 industry and have deep empathy for and understand pain points of administrators, teachers and students.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will lead the overarching product marketing strategy and execution for our suite of products and professional services. This role gathers and utilizes customer insights to inform product strategy, branding and positioning decisions, develops marketing plans that align our products to key customer segments and buyer personas, and creates collateral and trains our go-to-market team on new product features.
